We inform you that according to Spanish governing law 15/1999 on Personal Data Protection, any personal information included in this message will be registered and retained in a data file entitled to the Institute for International Research, España S.L. (hereinafter, iiR España) for the management of the service or the requested activities performed in our web site.
Through standardized forms on different pages of the site, iiR España will collect personal data about the users in response to the various services provided. In this sense, the collection and processing of personal data by iiR España aims to:
- In the case of the form "Contact Us", the establishment, management and operation of the information request made by the client. In the case of the form "Magazine Subscription": management of the subscription request for the selected magazine, delivery of the aforementioned application and other steps related to the subscription process.
- In the case of the form "News by e-mail" (Newsletter): delivery by iiR España of the existing news on the areas of interest that were chosen by the customer.
The user must complete the forms with their true, accurate, complete and current data. The user is solely responsible for any loss or damage, directly or indirectly, that could lead to iiR España or any third party due to defective filling of the forms with false, inaccurate, incomplete or outdate information.
If the user is under age, he/she will be required to have the prior consent of their parents or guardians prior to the inclusion of the personal data in the forms of the site. iiR España disclaims any liability for the breach of this requirement.
The user or the person representing the user may, at any time, exercise the right of access, rectification, cancellation and, where appropriate, opposition in accordance with the governing law 15/1999 of December 13, on Personal Data Protection and other applicable regulations, thus: (I) applying by writing to iiR España with address at C / Príncipe de Vergara, 109 - 28.002 • Madrid (II), or by sending an e-mail to info@iir.es.
Unless otherwise specified, it is considered necessary to complete all the fields of data in a specific form. Failure to provide all the information deemed necessary could result in a cancellation of the user registry and his/her service(s) by iiR España.
iiR España reserves the right to make as many modifications as they deem necessary or appropriate in its privacy policy, or may result from the changes in legislation, the case law as well as other necessary changes to practices in the sector. In such cases, the new text will be published by IIR Spain in the site, so the user could be aware at all times about the current and updated privacy policy of iiR España. In any case the relationship with the users will be governed by the rules at the time of the access to the site.
In order to compile statistics, iiR España may provide certain user information to other third parties in a dissociated manner, including their advertisers.
In case iiR España should decide to transfer the personal data of the users collected through this site to other third parties, they shall inform the affected user properly by specifying the identity of the assignees and the purpose for which the data is going to be given.
In case iiR España should offer some kind of special service that determines specific provisions different to the ones herein mentioned as regards to the protection of personal data of the user, they would have precedence over the application of the rules specified for that particular service above these, in case there is any inconsistency.
